Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@silujakt.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: SiluJakt, Datavägen 31, 436 32 Askim, Sweden.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Return postage is paid by you as the customer. Items sent back to us without a return having been requested first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of item cannot be returned: perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom products (for example special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (for example beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have a question about, or a problem with, a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.

14-day right of withdrawal in the EU
If goods are delivered within the EU then, regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping origin and EU orders
All orders are packed and dispatched from Sweden. All prices shown include VAT, and there are no customs charges or import duties within the EU. Shipping within the EU is a flat €7.50 per order with DB Schenker, with no minimum order value, and delivery normally takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. The cost of returning an item to us is paid by you as the customer, wherever in the EU the order was delivered.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If it is approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so that it shows up on your side.
