When you will hear back

We answer messages in the order they arrive, and we answer every single one. If your message concerns an order that has already shipped, mention that in the subject line and we will prioritise it.

What to include in your message

The more of this you give us up front, the more likely it is that our first reply solves your problem:

Your order number, if the question is about an existing order
Which species you hunt, and roughly how many decoys you are planning to put out
Whether you hunt over fields, stubble or open ground, so we can suggest a realistic spread size
The country we should ship to
Photos, if anything arrived damaged or is missing from the parcel

Ordering from another EU country

Every order is packed and dispatched from Sweden. All prices shown include VAT, and there are no customs charges or import duties within the EU. Shipping within the EU is a flat €7.50 per order with DB Schenker, with no minimum order value, and delivery normally takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Within the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and we operate a 30-day return window on top of that – return shipping is paid by you as the customer.
